Organizes the ACSA Long John Soccer Tournament in the spring. Performs the duties and/or acts in the absence of the President or in the event the President is unable or unwilling to act.

Shall keep regular books of account of the ACSA\'s funds and property, arrange for annual audit of financial records of the ACSA by a certified public accountant, and perform such other duties as may be assigned him/her.

Shall review, approve and submit the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Captains and, in general, perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties that may be assigned to him/her by the President or Executive Committee.

Acts independently from the ACSA Board Members to hear grievances and other disciplinary matters within the ACSA. Upon receiving a written statement of the possible grievance, the Rules Committee Chair shall determine whether the allegations, if taken to be true, are improper and what action will be taken.

Represents the ACSA before the Greater Austin Soccer Coalition (\"GASC\"). Duties are based on needs within the ACSA and GASC.

Represents the interests of the teams within Division 1 that may properly come before the executive committee. Shall gather and maintain the game results and team standings within Division 1.

Represents the interests of the teams within Division 3 in all matters that come before the executive committee. Shall gather and maintain the game results and team standings within Division 3.

Responsible for scheduling all games including fields and times. Maintains master schedule with the City of Austin and Travis County. Arranges divisions as necessary based on skill level. Registers players and updates rosters.

Responsible for scheduling referees for games. Receives game reports from referees and addresses and violations.
