PRESIDENT

Representative and spokesperson for the league. Delegates responsibilities to cabinet members. Authority to make executive decisions when necessary. Really skilled at snacks and playlists.

VICE PRESIDENT

Performs the duties and/or acts in the absence of the President or in the event the President is unable or unwilling to act, other duties that may be assigned to them by the President. 

TREASURER

SECRETARY

Manages meeting minutes, scheduling including season schedules and reschedule requests (email scheduling requests or questions to scheduling@ACSAsoccer.org), functions as Chair of the Rules Committee to hear grievances and other disciplinary matters within the league (email grievances to Rules@ACSAsoccer.org) and, in general, perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary and other duties that may be assigned to them by the President.

Tournament Coordinator

ACSA’s main tourney is the memorial 7v7 pick-up style memorial Just Keep Playing Tournament dedicated in honour of our friend and teammate Jonathan Kyle Patterson that happens annually the Saturday before memorial day weekend (mark your calendars for May 16, 2026). The coordinator is responsible for planning and prepping for this and any additional tournaments that the league presents or supports. 

Referee Coordinator

Responsible for overall management of referees including scheduling for matches, reviewing and confirming game reports and working with the President and Rules Committee Chair to address violations/issues.
