Player Request Form

NOTE AS OF 12/5/25: Our website is under construction and this form is currently NOT active. If you are looking for a team, send an email to president@ACSAsoccer.org and VP@ACSAsoccer.org with the following information: your full name, contact info (phone number), soccer experience (highest level of competition – share details), what level and vibe you’re looking for, preferred position(s), your gender identity and your commitment (are you able to commit to playing consistently on Saturdays with a team?). Any other information you want to share about your soccer experience or passion is helping to connect you with a team.

Players interested in joining the league, but don’t have a team can submit their information to our player pool. The player pool is a resource for team captains to use when they are looking to expand their roster. Share as much detail as you want to let captains know what you could bring to the team and field (and league), and captains will reach out if they have a need. Submitting a request to join a team does not mean you are registered with the league. You are only registered after a captain sends you a registration link and you pay the player card fee.

*We get a large number of men interested in joining the league, but most teams have full rosters of men.
